booty exercises

i used to have a nice round booty but it seems to flatten out over the winter...i guess from sitting on it so much. is there any exercises that will help get my j.lo butt back?

  • lol do some squats

  • Backwards leg lifts (something like that). Just hold on to a chair/wall in front of you, lift your leg behind you and hold it for a second. Do a couple sets of like, 10-12 reps..repeat with other leg.
