I attempted quiche, got a souffle....

Is it just not done cooking? It's not runny or anything, fork comes out clean. It's just very....fluffy. I did whip the crap out of the eggs and cream. Could that have done it?

  • Maybe too much whipping. Have you ever put a sprinkle of nutmeg in your quiche? It is so good. If the eggs are firm then it is done.
