Do you buy an extra gift, just in case someone unexpectably shows up for Christmas?

I usually will purchase a nice box of Chocolates, Bottle of wine. You just never know.

  • I do, I keep a gift stash just in case, but I also keep a gift card or two on hand for emergencies.

  • Yes, I will usually keep a basket of goodies, teas, maybe an ornament or 2 and a bottle of champagne
    with cheese, crackers and breads... I also keep bath oils, body washes and other items like that in a
    bag for someone who I know doesn't like the other items...

  • No. We just buy for the kids. So even if they are not there I still get them a gift.
