I take a daily vitamin and extra 2ooo IU of vitamin D a day however I have gotten more colds this year then ever! I dont get it. Does anyone know of anything that may help prevent this or treat when I get one the natural way?Answer Question
I swear by Vit. C, Zinc & Echinacea (sp?).

You need vitamin C to boost the immune system and vitamin D to help your body absorb the vitamin C.
