So Iz was doing her normal posting of terrifying food earlier. I scrolled past one that, in it's thumbnail size, looked like it had sweet potato chips on it. I'd never heard of anyone making sweet potato chips back them, but when I clicked on it I saw it was really decorative piped sweet potatoes:
Then it occurred to me it might be fun to try and take some of these absolutely horrendous old things and recreate them into something edible. I make sweet potato chips all the time around here, and while I don't usually bother to ripple cut them, I have something that would do so easily. With that part handled, how would YOU make a shepherd's pie dip or pate to go with the chips?Answer Question
