Buffalo chicken lovers

Just wanted to share an amazing recipe from a dish my mom made yesterday. Mix together cream of celery, shredded cheese, ranch and raw hashbrowns and seasonings/spices. Cube chicken breast and coat in buffalo sauce, place over potato mixture, top with cornflakes. Bake covered for 15 minutes them uncovered another 15 or so, garnish with scallions. YUM

  • You can't taste celery to be honest, but you can substitute with any creamed soup. I personally think buffalo chicken and ranch go hand in hand but I suppose you could substitute that as well

  • Raw chicken on top of the potatoes? Sounds really good except I think I'd bake the potatoes and chicken seperate from each other.
