  • Nothing since he is not their blood unless SO is their father. If SO is their father SO's first cousin (you don't specify) then he would be your daughters first cousin once removed. Aunt and Uncle are your parents siblings.

  • I call that 2nd cousins (assuming your first child is your SO's - if she's not, they're nothing, maybe step-2nd-cousins).
