  • I recently started taking the HEB Active Women's vitamin for mental health. My hair is getting so thin and falling out so I thought I would give it as try.

  • a mulitivitamin which is kind of hit or miss sometimes. If I put them up in the cabinet I forget about them. I also try to take a B-12 and biotin for hair, skin, and nails

  • No, my mom recommended it. Stress and vitamin deficiency can cause hair loss according to her. It can't hurt to try it.
