  • There's no way to tell with just one week of temping. You don't know what your normal pre- and post-ovulation temps are, so there's no way to tell for sure even that you've ovulated yet. Keep checking your temps, and if your period shows up in the next two weeks, then you know what your post-ovulation temps are and what to look for to tell when you ovulate next cycle. If your period doesn't show up, but your temps go up higher and stay there, then the last day of the lower temps is when you ovulated, and you can test with accuracy two weeks after that. If your period doesn't show up and your temps don't change, then you're either having a long cycle or you're pregnant. (A "change in temp" would consist of a sustained rise of 0.5 degrees or so, so if it stays around 98.0 and you get your period in 10-14 days, then you probably ovulated on CD 24.)
