Erections? adult content

This may be a dumb question, but why does DH's erection sometimes last so long after sex? 90 percent of the time, it goes down in about a minute. But every once in a while, it lasts for 5 or so afterwards. What's up?

  • To be honest, I've never paid much attention to my husband's penis after sex, so I honestly don't know. Maybe he wants more? Or maybe he needs to pee like mad said?

  • If he has ejaculated and not gone down, I think I would consult a Dr.

  • All guys have different recovery times. It can depend on how strong the orgasm was, it can be other factors like drugs or alcohol or even fatty foods consumed before sex.
If it's a problem for him, he should see his doctor, but it sounds like he's just ready for round 2.

  • If he took any erection/enhancement drugs beforehand then that would happen.

  • Are you sure he fully ejaculated?

  • it happens. DH usually jokes about his penis wanting a second round which i never complain about haha.

the penis gets hard b/c of blood flowing into the chambers of the penis, so its possible his blood flow reverses slower than usual sometimes. i dunno...
