Two suggestions - First, have you raised your child to be able to get their own snacks/drinks out of the fridge? If yes, then if she's waking up because she's hungry, let her get a snack and water (have them set out in the fridge for her to grab) and then straight back to bed. If not, then put a lock on the fridge and a snack and water in her room until she's able to get her own from the fridge. If she's not waking up due to hunger, then find out what's motivating her to go to the fridge.
