I am a tourist in States, if I received money order, can I cash it my money order without ID or can I pay to buy order money without an account or ID

What does it do in the Adult Children section ?

And if you really are a tourist then you have an ID because when I went to the USA, they checked my passport and my son's passport for like a million times and you also have a questionnaire to answer and an address to give when you are still in the plane !

Pass ports are considered ID in the USA.

If you are a tourist then don't you have a passport? Wouldn't that work for Id?
