Exactly when is the economy going to get better?

This last summer I was transferred to a different department at my work due to my department not having enough work to do. I do not like my new department and desperately want to move to a different city anyway. I have really been trying to find a different job, but haven't had any luck. The only thing I have received is rejection letters (thanks for your interest but we chose someone better than you cuz you suck). I had really hoped to have started a new job by now so that when I get my taxes back, I can move. I've thought about just moving when I get my taxes back and then finding a job, but I don't know if there is wisdom in that.

Any tips? Positive thoughts?

THE economy will get better, when it gets better, if it gets better.
YOUR economy does not have to have a thing to do with THE economy.
