Still deciding if I should buy...

So my oldest just turned 13 in Nov. Well for her big present she wants a Kindle fire HD. Do you think this is a good gift for a 13 year old.

My DD got one for her 13th bday/bat mitzvah. She loves it. Although I'm not sure that she's ever read a book on it.

It's a good big gift.

My parents are giving my 9 & 10 yos each one - IMO kids don't need the HD but that's just me.

Thanks Guys Yes she is ver responsible and I think she would take good care of it. So awesome I was just wondering what some others thought. I'll look around quick for a nice price and get her one. Sure she will love it!
