How can I get my 15 month old to stop hitting head off floor?

  • Possibly don't reacted when they do this, distract instead but keep it calm. If you can figure out what triggers it, then praise when there is no head banging. The only other thing I can think of is to keep a well-padded hat on the child.

  • Is there something that triggers this? Does he do it from frustration or just because?

  • my son went through this phase, I would walk away, he was seeking my attention, eventually he stopped cause it hurt and I wasn't giving him the attention for it
