1 Bump

1-2-3 Peanut butter cookies... but my dough is too soft... What?

So I did the
1 cup sugar
1 cup PB
1 egg

and my dough is way to soft to do cookies with... what did I do wrong and how do I fix it?

  • I make these often. What size egg did you use? I always use medium. You may need to add more peanut butter.

  • That is the whole recipe. No flour. I'm pretty sure it's the egg size.

  • lol yes you bake it- I used large eggs. I will try adding more stuff until it looks right! lmao.

  • Add a little peanut butter at a time and it will turn out.. Sometimes I add a drop of vanilla too.

  • I make those all the time. Yup, your egg added too much moisture. Extra PB will help.

  • My God. Now I remember why I do NOT bake cookies. This has been one HUGE disaster. I give Up. DH can make them when he gets home! Agggh!
