  • Hot Dog Stuff

    3 Cups Uncooked Rice
    1 Package Hot Dogs
    Cheese
    1-2 eggs

Cook rice in pan as directed. Spread evenly into a 9 X13 ungreased pan. You will need to slice some cheese and cut into roughly ΒΌ inch strips/sticks. Slice hot dogs lengthwise and put sliced cheese in cut. Nestle hot dogs with cheese in the rice and sprinkle shredded cheese over top as desired. Beat egg(s) and sprinkle over everything else.

Bake in 350 degree oven for an hour.
Bake in 375 degree oven for 45 minutes.

  • Ham and beans, which need to hurry up and finish since they basically make the house smell like bacon all day.

  • Gosh, hope it's not the flu. That's all you need this time of year.

I'm going to do something with split chicken breasts. Probably have Brussels sprouts to go with it and a huge spinach salad. Not sure what to do with the chicken. I'll probably bake it with BBQ sauce.

  • I told everyone that it was going to be leftovers for dinner. We have 2 kinds of soup - split pea and carrot. We also have Italian rice fritters, tortellini and tofu dogs. I'm sure they'll be able to find something yummy.
