I LOVE matte nails! I was so excited when Avon came out with their suede nail enamel. I think it looks really good on short nails, which is great because mine are always short, AND as a bonus, you only need one coat and it dries in seconds! Yes. I actually just made my own this past weekend by adding cornstarch to my top coat! I really like it.
