  • Well, pretty much anything is healthier than fast food. I would ask my doctor which foods you should avoid.

  • Anything is healthier than fast food, and pepper use is fine. Try some Mrs. Dash too, if you have some. Much more interesting flavors that salt.

  • As long as they are cooked thoroughly, eggs at home should be fine.

I like spice, so I put a little cayenne pepper on my eggs (even when pregnant and nursing.)

  • Home cookiked Is almost always better than any fast food as far as sugar and salts and plain nutrition is concerned unless you are eating at a top end resteraunt.
Eggs with pepper don't cont salt. There is a tiny bity of sodium contained in every natural food we eat though.

  • You will be fine eating eggs at home. Salt doesn't cause preeclampsia. Stay calm and try not to stress.

  • Eggs

    •Runny or undercooked eggs
•Raw cookie dough or cake batter that contains raw eggs
•Homemade desserts or sauces that contain raw eggs (such as eggnog, ice cream, custard, chocolate mousse, hollandaise sauce, béarnaise sauce, mayonnaise, and Caesar salad dressing)

•Cook eggs until yolks are firm; cook other dishes containing eggs to 160° F.
•Use a pasteurized egg product when making food that calls for uncooked eggs.
