  • Try rubbing Bm into nips or try n*pple cream that most stores carry.

  • Hello the post is about breastfeeding of course BM stands for breastmilk did someone out there really think it stood for bowel movements? Any way the BM is a wonderful suggestion. Rub a little on and them the girls air dry before putting them away (obviously not in public). If that is not enough then lanolin cream of any brand will work great too.
