Attaching a file to an email

If I have a file that I need to attach to an email, but it won't attach because it's too large, is there anything that I can do still be able to send this file?

I did and it's still too large. It's a video of my kid's Christmas program at school and I told another mom that I would email it to her.

There is a website called usendit. It sends large files for you. I think there is a fee though.
