I'm questioning everything today. Help with my Christmas Ham....

Before I toss it and get me a dang turkey.....

I can't find the Cajun marinade for it, and I've never cooked a raw whole ham before. I need recipe ideas for seasoning it. We are not picky eaters, however we are not fans of pineapple.

  • My dad does our Christmas ham, and he puts brown sugar on it and sticks cloves in it. He adds pineapple, but one year he forgot and it was just as delicious without it, so you would be fine.

  • When in doubt, do it plain. Wrap it tightly in foil and roast according to the pounds you have at 350 degrees. Or better yet, use a cooking bag and follow the instructions in the package. Those things are near fail proof.
