Dimensions for knitted baby headbands?

I am trying to knit infant headbands size 0-3 months. But, I can't find any info on how big to make them. The one that I made is 10.5 inches long. The seam isn't sewn together yet. But, I don't know if that will fit just a newborn or if it will fit 0-3 months.
