  • Super easy:
1 bag of mini pretzels (the kind shaped like Christmas shaped or the little box window ones work best)
1 bag of Rollos. If you can't find Rollos anything else that's chocolate outside and caramel inside will work, but they usually melt more so they're a little messier

Set oven to 325. Arrange pretzels about 1 inch apart on a cookie sheet, put one unwrapped rollo on each pretzel, put in oven for 2-4 minutes (keep an eye on it, you want them soft, not totally melted). Take out cookie sheet, squish another pretzel on top of each rollo quickly, before they cool. Set aside to cool completely. Let the cookie sheet cool before you try using it again, too, or they'll start to melt before you get them all on.

  • Microwave fudge: Combine 3 cups chocolate chips, 1 can condensed milk, 1/4 cup butter in bowl. Microwave in 2-3 min increments until smooth. Add 1 tsp vanilla and 1/4 tsp salt. Stir then pour into 8x8 pan. I usually line mine with foil to lift out easily. Put in frig for at least 2 hours to set. Serve at room temp

  • Ohh, missanc's fudge recipe, too - you can add all kinds of stuff to it to make different flavors - butterscotch chips instead of half the chocolate, or stir in extra stuff before you pour it in. I haven't made it in a while, but last time I did some s'mores - added mini marshmallows and crushed golden grahams to it.

Definitely line the pan - all the way up the sides. I use 2 layers of wax paper, just in case.

  • The fudge recipe on the back of the marshmallow fluff container is really good. We just make frosted sugar cookies for Santa.
