For what reason would a large ladder truck and a Hazmat team truck respond to an apartment?

... I only ask because they are parked right by my building in my complex... trying to come up with reasons they would be there. I am drawing a blank.

  • Well, if the cops already picked up the people then maybe the hazmat team would come by later?

  • I don't think they let them in unless the personal risk is gone (the meth users)

  • No. I had that happen. Mixed two different cleaning agents by accident and suddenly it turned into chlorine gas. Twenty thousand plus dollars later we had practically a new house upstairs. Thank goodness we had insurance. All we paid was one thousand for the deductible.
