Pinwheel appetizer ideas?

I made pinwheel appetizers last year, but forgot what I filled them with! I remember everyone loved them. Was thinking cream cheese, with green onions, and then I draw a blank...

  • I make them with small flour tortillas, a layer of garden herb flavored cream cheese and a few slices of deli meat (usually roast beef or roasted turkey). Sometimes I add a piece or two of fresh spinach leaves and maybe a thin slice of roasted red pepper. Depends on my mood!

  • I have three pin well recipes that we love...

    Herbed cream cheese, thin sliced deli ham, basil and roasted red peppers
    Cooked taco meat, cheddar cheese, salsa, ranch dressing, olives, lettuce,and onions
    Feta, cream cheese, dried cranberries on a spinach tortilla (makes it festive looking)

    That's about what I do, but I usually do half with ham and half with deli roast beef, and add scallion to both.
