Any advice im wanting to cook something with chicken thighs tomorrow needs to be healthy, & low sodium any suggestions?

  • You could roast them with herbs & pair them with a salad.

    Or top with homemade salsa and pair them with black beans & rice.

  • Anon for chicken thighs? Lol. I love the herb idea. Just cover them in whatever you want and oven roast

  • I would lay them in a baking dish or baking pan, spice them up, cut up some potatoes, squash or whatever and lay them all around the chicken... then bake it.
