WRY #2 - esp. for those with a competitive side...

Would you rather never play or play but always lose?

Losing ALL the time would just suck! I think I would play for the sake of playing for a little while, but then call it quits.

  • Depends on who I was playing. If they are a gracious winner then maybe.

  • I played on a soccer team as a kid that always lost. It SUCKED. Our final record for the season was 3 wins, 9 losses, and 3 ties.

But, even though it sucks losing all the time, I'm still playing and can work on improving my skills to get onto a better team. I think I'd rather play and lose than not play at all.

  • I lose most of the time anyway. For me it's usually about quality time so losing doesn't bother me. That said.... I won't play with my brother. He's a terrible winner. He makes it rain Monopoly money while singing "I'm in the Money". Twenty years and it still irritates me.
