pork chops, fried

do you dip them in egg then flour? oe just rinse with water then dip in flour?

I have been told to dip them in egg but unsure......

  • egg is better... its like glue ;) holds the flour better than the water... but instead of flour you could use breadcrumbs, tastes way better than flour.

  • I do it both ways. Just depends on how much work I want to do and how pressed for time I am.

  • You can do it either way. The flour method just needs to be well seasoned, my preference is just salt, pepper and granulated garlic powder. If you dredge them in egg, make sure you're frying in a rather large and deep frying pan because the eggs make the oil bubble a lot.

  • I don't dip my chops in egg. I don't think it needs it. I just season, flour and fry. Yummy.
