  • Mine don't have theirs pierced, yet. They are 3 and 4. My 4 year old wants hers done, so I've been talking to her about it. I haven't decided whether to let her or wait a few more years (leaning toward waiting). I believe I was about 9 or so.

  • Older than she is now! I figure when she's 11 I'll say OK.

  • My daughter will be six in march and still doesn't have her ears pierced. She won't get them pierced until her dad and I feel she's old enough to completely care for them herself.

  • She is 14, and I just got her diamond earrings, we are going next week to get them done.

  • Five and seven. My older DD asked to get them pierced and my younger daughter wanted to also. They've always taken care of them themselves. We've never had a problem.

  • My DD was 4.5. She kept asking for months, so we finally took her to have it done. They did both ears at once and she literally said "ow." That was it. She's now 13 and has never had an infection or other issue with them.

  • I was 13 when I got my ears pierced, and I told my girls that they all have to wait till they are that age to get them done.

  • I think she was 12? Every time we would take her she would chicken out before that (she would ask to have them done-then change her mind)
