Just like the first reply said, skin will renew itself: its a living organ that regenerates continuously. Having a tummy tuck will not prevent your skin from stretching as much as it did with previous pregnancies, and since stretch marks are more of an inherited genetic trait, if you are prone to get them, the tummy tuck wont prevent them from happening with additional pregnancies. Keep in mind that a tummy tuck is serious abdominal surgery, and it can create a great deal of scar tissue, which is made up of collagen fibers--which do not stretch. It is possible that you could have a lot of discomfort from scar build up with another pregnancy, but your doctor and the plastic surgeon could give you a much more accurate idea of what you can expect if you make that choice.
