What's for dinner tonight?

I'm frying fish, boiling spicy shrimp (my 5 year old's favorite), jalapeño hush puppies and slaw.

  • Going to dinner tonight with a group of coworkers and a few former coworkers we haven't seen in a while. We're going to a burger place, so I'll probably have a burger!

  • I think my husband and I are going to split the last of the lasagna. I don't know what we will make for the kids. My youngest son hates ricotta cheese so he doesn't want the lasagna.

  • No idea - I have cooked & shredded chicken that has to be used tonight, and 3 lbs of baby carrots that need to be eaten, but no clue what to make. Getting to the point I might just cook some rice or pasta and mix the chicken in and have the carrots steamed on the side.

  • Christmas dinner. I bought a whole chicken, sweet potatoes, and mustard and turnip greens to cook for Christmas but DH and kids wanted to go out instead. I had to work last night so I couldn't cook it then. So I cooked it tonight. The greens are almost done.
