Do you eat White Chicken Chili?

I've never had it, nor seen it. Apparently there a lot of people around here that love it. What's your take? I don't think it even sounds good.

  • I have had some good recipes and some mediocre ones. The best one had shredded chicken (not chunked) and very tender white beans and some really good salsa verde. I was in love! Top it with some Monterey or Pepper Jack and serve with some corn bread. Yum.

  • I've never had it either. I saw a box to make it the other day. It sounds disgusting. I would probably be ran out of the state if I cooked it. Lol.

  • It's yummy. Turkey works too, so if you have leftovers now's a good time to make it!

  • I've had it but have never made it because my family won't eat it. I prefer it over regular chili.

  • It is actually very good and we do eat it. We eat regular tomato chili more often.
It is worth a taste if you have never tried it.
