What kind of little studies do you give your kids over the holidays...if any?

Just to keep their minds going and ready for school.
Not an everyday thing but once in a while.

  • DS is out for a ridiculous amount of time so he does IXL Math and Scootpad. Then again, he usually asks if he can do them anyway. Plus I have him read a few books, but again, he likes to read.

  • My kids are out for 2 weeks. I have made sure they are reading and we have done a few State Capitol races but I have not sat them down to do lessons. We do a couple times a week over the summer... but not during short breaks.

  • Ixl, raz kids, education city and some workbooks. He's 7 so we do maybe 10 minutes a day

  • Mine just read - a lot. My oldest is in high school and has some homework that keeps him occupied. DD is working on science project that is due after break. My 7 yr. old has been reading Harry Potter books.
