  • Cremated. That way there is no grave for my family to feel the need to maintain or feel guilty about moving away from. My mother has always has guilt about moving states away form where her infant son, my brother, is buried and not being able to keep fresh flowers on it. She pays the cemetery to keep up the plot. I would hate to think of becoming such a burden after loss. Just burn me and spread my ashes where ever. If my kids or DH want to have some of the ashed melted into a necklace or charm then so be it.

  • I agree with But_Mommie completely. Cremation so my kids don't have to be burdened with my gravesite.

  • Honestly, I'm still debating this. Right now, I'm leaning towards cremation b/c I wouldn't want to be buried where I live now.

  • Cremated and then my ashes spread somewhere, not sure where yet. I think it is creepy to keep the ashes.

  • Cremated and then I want my dh to get cremated and then have them mix our ashes.

  • Buried & a headstone. I already picked the Cemetery. It's beautiful. My Dad is buried there.
