This is going to be hard!!

so i want to start eating healthier!!!! but i've been craving hott cheetos for like two months now if i dont give into my craving i get nauseas.. so today i was resisting it.. like i read somewhere that if you ignore it for 20 min it goes away.. lmao.. so i tried doing that.. and i was getting sick i felt nauseas and dizzy!! :(

is there an easier way to eat healthier? without like making myself sick?

  • get a bag of hot cheetos- do the math using the back panel and figure out a 100 calorie serving. ( looks like about 1/2 an ounce) Make yourself little snack bags and have a snack bag every few days as a treat.

  • If you really have to have them, go with But_Mommie's suggestion of 100 calorie snacks. Cutting back on unhealthy snacks is good you don't have to cut them out completely. Just make sure you eat healthier snacks as well. Drink plenty of water as well.

  • The biggest problem people have with dieting is that they completely deprive themselves from having anything unhealthy. The key is to give into those cravings, but don't overdo it. It's hard, but if you can limit yourself to a few hot cheetos a day, gradually weaning off of them by replacing them with something healthier, then it's not as difficult. They key is to allow yourself only a few, and only once a day.

  • Give in to the cravings - but don't go overboard. Stick to a single serving, even if it means having someone take the rest of the bag after pouring them out. If you don't give in once in a while, you'll binge later.

  • I agree, you can eat snacks, just don't pig out. Eat the recommended serving size and factor those calories into your daily calorie count.

  • That's because HOT cheetos have ingredients that are addictive! For real! Look it up! Also have MSG, so the lack of MSG could be causing the nausea (like a caffeine addiction - you quit cold turkey you get headaches). Ween yourself off of them and never go back. Hot Cheetos are one of the worst kinds of snacks!
