Do you put salt on some of your fruit?

I like it on grapefruit, watermelons.

  • watermelon, apples, cantaloupe (which i rarely eat). not a lot of salt, just enough to give it that extra juice haha

  • My mom used to salt melon.

    If tomato is a fruit, when I used to grow them, I seriously would have a salt shaker in my hand and eat them from the vine.

  • Not anymore but, when I was younger, I used to put salt on watermelon. When I was pregnant with our first child I loved to eat green apples with salt.

  • I sometimes put salt on ripened mangoes. When not ripe and still sour, I will eat them with a shrimp paste. I know that will gross some of you out. ;-) Ha! It's a cultural thing.
