Shedding in the middle of winter?!

My lab/sheppard seems to think it's summer or something. Now that the snow started to fall, she's actually started shedding MORE! Her shedding usually slows down in the colder months.  WTH?!

  • She has to get rid of the old coat for the thicker coat to come in. have you been brushing her well? If this is not the casethen I would get a look see by the vet.

  • If you are in a colder climate maybe she's shedding since the winter forcast is supposed to be colder than usual & she's growing more thicker fur? My Bird molted this season at a wierd time too! Funny but true!
