  • No one's allowed to ride a dirt bike on the street unless it's road legal, and that depends on the state you live in. As far as age, a 13 yr old can't ride it on the road even if it is road legal.

  • Depends on your city's codes. They do here with no license

  • Call your non-emergency police number. Here they're not but I know in the next town over they are.

  • My neighbors allow their kids to ride around the neighborhood. No age limit here but they're very loud and annoying.

  • Check you city's laws. My guess is no they are not, but they have to get caught to have any consequences.

  • Here they're not allowed at ANY age(city streets)
I doubt it. It IS a motorcycle and those need licenses

  • If it's a dirt bike, it's probably not street legal for anyone to ride...period. I'd check with your police department.

  • State laws vary but most states only allow licensed drivers to ride specifically road legal dirt bikes (lights etc with a plate) on the roads. Whether the cops would do anything is a totally different story. We live where there are a lot of dirt roads and many people ride dirt bikes, atvs etc on the road at young ages and no one cares.

  • No idea. That does not sound safe.
