3 Bumps

Bodily functions in dogs: can they burp, can they get the hiccups?

Odd, yes, but I swear last night my puppy had the hiccups and just now I swear she burped - never had an inside dog so completely clueless if it's possible!

  • Yup, my dog has burped while I am down on the floor talking to him. He also farts, snores, sneezes, and just about everything else I do. LOL!

  • ^^^OP: Awww- puppies are so sweet, but I am so not ready to do that again. Ours are 13 & 14 & when that time comes, I think we will go to our local shelter & get 1 that is 2-3 yrs old. Enjoy tho, I know we all did when ours were puppies. :)

  • Farting, coughing, sneezing, and crying I'm all too familiar with :o( (thank goodness the coughing and sneezing were a 2-day thing, and the farting has only happened once in my vicinity!).
