How long is cooked taco meat good for?

we had beef tacos 5 days ago on the 26th. i saved what was left and added all the toppings in the tupperware so i could just heat & eat when i wanted it again. usually i do that within two days though lol! so whattya think- yay or nay?

  • 5 days may be a bit much for me... I would normally go 3 *maybe* 4 if I heated it to death before hand.

  • I'd say 5-7 days max. Smell it, maybe even taste a little spoonful to see if it's still alright. Great, now tacos are sounding good.

  • Usually 4 or 5 days, test it first.

  • lol well too late! but lets see, technically i made them in the evening time on the 26th, and today is only the start of the 5th day. so perhaps mathematically its really still in the day 4 window? LOL

  • Should be fine honestly. I wouldn't let it go even longer. 7 days definitely too long. As long as it's not molding or smelling you should be fine after 5 days.

  • Go with that!! It's still day 4 by a technicality.
