  • Water, juice or milk, that's pretty much all they drink unless they're getting a treat, like an icee or a shake.

  • Water. Milk is for meals, they never get juice, and soda is allowed for special occasions or when we get pizza. Tonight being NYE they'll have soda with their pizza and other snacks as well. My kids are 8.5 and 11.

  • Just water. They've never had soda. They get one glass of milk in the morning.

  • Water 90% of the time. Milk for most of the rest. And very occasionally juice, hot cocoa or other sugary treat.

  • DS drinks OJ... it's the only fruit I can get him to "eat", and milk with dinner
DD likes water mostly & milk with dinner. She will drink some lemonade at times, but not often.
Neither of them drink soda... and never will if I have my way!!

  • At home - water only. At school, with breakfast & lunch, they get milk & sometimes juice, as well as water (fountains & bottles, if they take them). If we go out for a meal, non-caffeinated pop or chocolate milk.

  • #1 Water
    #2 Skim milk
#3 Juice, but we rarely have any here
#4 Soda is a rare treat (or dessert), usually Lemon-Lime mixed with Sherbert or Root beer and vanilla icecream.
