Not directly to an adult but just messing around like while playing a video game or watching a movie.
I know those are the culprits but how do I get them to stop acting like this?

Best thing to do is when they say something you do not like . To take action immediately.
My way would be to inform them not to say those type of things. If that didn't work to take the game or tv away. I would do the pop them up side the back of their head. But that's just me.
