how many hours of sleep do i need while im pregnant?

like 8 hours or 10 hours of sleep every night!

  • It's going to be hard as hell to get sleep so make sure you get as much as possible, whenever and where ever you can! Because soon, you won't get any!!

  • Sleep as much as you possibly can because the days of sleeping are about to come to an end! After you have the baby if this is your first, even when you do sleep, you will never sleep as soundly as you did before you had kids!

  • I sleep any chance i get if my kids are tired or look tired is off to sleep i try to get as much sleep possible cuz am tired alot at work so yea sleep away if u must....

  • Try to get your normal 8 hours, but also allow yourself to take a nap when you feel like you need one. I usually take a 2-3 hour nap a day, along with 8-9 hours a night. It sounds like a lot, but it really does help me out.
