  • I have become an "early to bed, early to rise" kind of person over the years. Even on the weekends, I have a hard time sleeping in.

  • Early bird. I love morning time. I do like to sleep in, but nowadays sleeping in for me is anything past 8:30am lol. I like to be up by 6 on weekdays. I'm also usually in bed by 10pm.

  • Night owl but have to get up early with the kids on school days. Summers & breaks I tend to go to bed too late and let them get up before me.

  • Genetically I am a night owl. When left to my own devices, and no alarm clock to answer to, I can sleep late and function perfectly fine to 2:00 or 3:00 am easily....
