Why does my 3 year old Blue Staffordshire Bull Terrier kill Birds and Reptiles?

My family and I went to Fiji for a holiday once and our next door neighbours were looking after them and
when we got back I found feathers all over the backyard and I also came back from school and I saw a dead Blue tongue lizard on her bed How do I stop her from killing the animals? She has loads of toys and another Dog but he's really very old and can't really run around.

Dogs have a natural hunting instinct, I don't see the harm in her killing birds lol

I agree with fun, most dogs I know kill birds and lizards if they can catch them.

Terriers are natural hunters. There is nothing you can do. You can stay outside with her I guess.
