What is fastest way to lose weight?

I know it is not best to lose weight quickly because you can gain it back. What is best way and somewhat fast to lose about 15 pounds?

    To lose weight, you have to balance your caloric intake with the energy you expend and eat a nutritious low-calorie diet. Select foods from various food groups such as nuts, beans, broccoli, green salad, mushrooms, lemon, legumes, seeds, gluten free snacks and also incorporate a variety of fruits, lean proteins and whole grains into your diet to maintain weight loss.

  • Cut out all sugar & artificial sweeteners, cut back on sodium as much as possible. Up your water intake. Cut back on carbs, make carb intake all whole grain. Plenty of lean protein and fresh veggies. As much activity as possible. Don't cut too man calories though or your body will go into starvation mode - just switch your calories to better ones.

  • We do not gain weight fast so we cannot lose it fast. not watching our diet and not being active puts weight on, so changing our diet and becoming more active can help to take it off.
    also increasing water intake.

  • I found that i lose weight more easily if i drink a diet shake for dinner instead of eating. I would have a shake for breakfast, eat a good lunch, and have another shake for dinner, low carolie snacks in between.

  • Cut the carbs! take in about 20 grams of those a days for two weeks, and you will loose a pound a day, if you cheat you will gain, but it is a quick way to loose

  • SA answer die. that is the quickest way to lose about that much waeight quickly and keep it off.
    Sign upp for a program you have to attend regularly and they help keep track.
