Do you know what this is called?

the cashier at Walmart 2 weeks ago didnt know what it was and today i had a different cashier who didnt know what it was called. is it that weird of a veggie? i mean my mom never cooked it, but i still knew what it was called.

  • Yes, eggplant. The Brits call it an aubergine. I like mine sliced thinly, salted, breaded and quickly fried, smothered in tomato sauce and baked with mozzarella cheese on top.
