Is it normal I get milk out of one boob? Can my breast become uneven from this?

  • Oh yes!!! There have been times one of breasts have been as flat as a pancake and the other just bursting full! Ah, the wonders of breastfeeding, lmao!

  • Yes it can happen, my left is like a C and my right is a B, I can't stand it but, I'm doing it all for my baby boy! Its normal.

  • No... once you stop producing milk, they will even out. If you rotate feedings on each breast it can help with the lopsidedness until you wean. My breasts are mostly the same size these days unless I skip a feeding on one breast, lol.
