  • My favorite is beef broccoli with steamed rice, but for another idea mushroom chicken and almond chicken are both good choices.

  • I was going to say that Chinese food is way better when you cook it yourself and control what goes in it. But you aren't cooking so get what you want. You can always eat half now and half later if. You are worried.

  • Triple Delight - lots of veggies, usually a seafood or chicken combo and has a light sauce

Singapore Noodles - a curried stir-fried noodle dish with combo or your choice of meat/seafood. It's regularly spicy but you can ask them for non-spicy or whatever strength of spice you prefer. It's addictive!

Cashew or Sichuan Chicken - lots of veggies and a medium brown sauce

Thai food delivery is also a great alternative - pad thai, thai iced tea, green curry chicken, masaman curry rocks. (You can make this easily at home with store bought curry base, too.)
